2. Traveling
Make sure you're at the airport with all your belongings clearly and distinctively marked before your flight time. Check with the travel director(s) when they would like you to be at the airport. Usually, if there's a large group going, they will check all the luggage in at the same time. Stay with the group, or tell someone where you're going to be if you stray. Make sure you pay attention to the public address system and know which flight you're supposed to be on. When you arrive at your destination, also stay with your group. You'll probably be asked to identify your luggage on the receiving end. You will be taking the same transportation to the hotel as everyone else too, so if you stray, you're on your own.
