3. Checking In
You may or may not be paired with a roommate, depending on whether you've previously stated your preferences to the travel director, or whomever made the reservations. Check into the hotel like you would normally do. If they cannot find your name, mention to the front desk person that you are with the dance competition and the studio. That may aid them in finding you easier in their reservation system. If they still cannot find you, you'll probably need to see one of the studio staff about it. Usually, someone will be available for help in checking students in. Once you're checked in and have been assigned a room, it's best to let your instructor know what your room number is, in case they need to get a hold of you.
